さっぽろテレビ塔前の公園から、ロバートと一緒に、ラフターヨガ生誕20周年の記念日を祝いましょう！ 新しい笑いと遊びを一緒に楽しみましょう。世界各地で実践されているラフターヨガのエクササイズを行って、ロバートが作曲した有名なラフターソングを歌い、楽しく踊りながらラフターヨガを讃えましょう。全員で笑って、自然や世界中でラフターヨガを実践している仲間たちとつながります。最後に瞑想を行って世界平和を祈り、心身の健康と、生きとし生けるものすべてに愛を伝えてイベントを終了します。

Participants will explore new ways to laugh and play. We will celebrate with Laughter exercises from around the World and sing Robert’s famous Laughter song while we dance with joy. We will all laugh connecting with nature and our fellow laughter brothers and sisters around the world. The event will end with a meditation for world peace and wish for mind-body health and love for all beings.
